Description:
Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of a local government unit in 2022.

1. Loan amount - PLN 2,000,000.00

2. Loan period - from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2040

3. The calculations should include the launch of the loan in the following tranches: 1 September 2022 - PLN 1,000,000.00; October 1, 2022 - 1,000,000.00 PLN

4. The loan will be activated in 2022 up to PLN 2,000,000.00 (until 31.12.2022) on the basis of a written instruction of the ordering party within the dates and amounts indicated in the above-mentioned instructions.

5. Repayment of the principal shall take place monthly, until the end of each month, with a grace period for repayment of the first instalment until 30 January 2024 inclusive. Repayment of the first installment on 31 January 2024 and the last in December 2040, with the possibility of early repayment of all or part of the loan without charging commissions or fees by the bank on this activity.

6. All additional information related to the loan can be found in the annexes to the Specification of The Terms of Order (SWZ).
