Andra uses a certain number of specific software programs for its business activities around the management of radioactive waste packages, administrative activities and scientific data management. Andra plans to upgrade existing software, develop new software and entrust third-party application maintenance for some of its applications.

The services expected are services on software, documentation, environments and sometimes the associated automatic tests, with obligations of results. The different types of services are:-D development of new software.-Evolution of existing software :D development of new functionalities and/or adaptation to a new environment (change of OS, framework, database version, etc.). -Warranty phase following a development, the duration will be specified on a case-by-case basis-Third-party application maintenance of future or existing applications-The service does not cover:The interface with users and telephone support for user assistance. The administration of technical platforms in the context of services provided at Andra. As a guideline: - Computers are running Windows 10 or 11 with the Microsoft Office 365 Pack. - The installed browsers are Internet Chrome or Edge regularly updated.- The servers are under Microsoft Server (with IIS) or Linux (with Apache).- The databases are Oracle, Microsoft SQLserver, PostgreSQL databases.- The languages mainly used are the following: C#, VB NET, .Net Core, PHP, Javascript, TypeScript, Pro*c and Pro*++ using the GCC development chain, Fortran, Pascal.La duration of the framework agreement is 4 years.
