The purpose of this contract is to maintain fire-fighting equipment, existing in a complex of buildings in the Brussels Housing and which are located in 1000 BRUSSELS, 1120 NEDER-OVER-HEEMBEEK and 1130 HAREN, for a period of 4 years. The market also concerns the replacement of vandalized, stolen, deteriorated or defective equipment.
The work consists of:
- systematic preventive maintenance of fire extinguishers, reels and hydrants,
- corrective maintenance of fire extinguishers, reels and hydrants,
- The supply and installation of new fire extinguishers,
- Provision of verification reports,
- The annual or periodic verification and control of the proper functioning and condition of the equipment according to the standards and regulations in force.
