1 The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable medical equipment with the possibility of submitting partial offers – as specified in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ – packages No. 1-27.
2. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must have features consistent with the description contained in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and meet the conditions set out in this SWZ. Failure to meet even one of these requirements will result in rejection of the offer.
