Nedre Eiker is participating in the project DigiPAS. The main objective of this project is to "understand how digital tools and new work processes can improve and increase the efficiency of the quality and patient security for the municipal health service, and provide the management better decision making support". The ambition of the project is to "Render possible an overall and systematic follow-up for patients included in the municipal health and care services, which shall give increased quality and patient security, as well as an efficient use of resources".

A Framework Agreement shall be entered into for a co-operation system for patients flow.

The Contracting Authority for the Framework Agreement is Nedre Eiker, Svelvik and Drammen municipalities.
