Project management mission for the design and construction of about 90 collective social housing and private development.

The project consists of two programs:

- a social rental housing program PLUS/ PLAI of which Auvergne Habitat will be the contracting authority. It is envisaged that about 50 collective dwellings will be built.

- a private promotion program for which Nexity will be the contracting authority. It is envisaged that about 40 dwellings (collective and/or intermediate) will be built.
