Strategic digital roadmap for NHS 24 aligned to our new organisational strategic intent and vision/roadmap for our future services, based around user needs.

Documented set of the core requirements and capabilities required to deliver and support future services.

Enterprise Solution/Platform architecture defining the digital components required to deliver the core requirements and capabilities including key design principles and standards.

Sourcing and procurement strategy and a framework to successfully engage with suppliers.

Proposal for the optimal delivery team design, standards and governance required to deliver each of the programme phases
