The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the expected amount of 2400 MWh for the consumption points specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in the period from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2024 (the quantities given in this specification are approximate and may change). At the request of the Ordering Party, it is possible to increase or decrease the number of objects listed in Annex 1 to the contract. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast of energy consumption indicated above and in Annex 2 (model offer) to the SWZ is only an approximate value, which during the performance of the Agreement may be increased or decreased in relation to the forecasts for individual End Users. The actual energy consumption will depend only on the actual needs of individual End Users, however, regardless of the amount of consumption, the Seller is obliged in each case to apply the energy prices offered in the proceedings. The Seller may not pursue any financial claims from the Ordering Party (e.g. compensation) if during the term of the contract the Ordering Party purchases from the Seller a smaller or greater amount of electricity than the forecasted amount of energy, indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ, in particular caused by an increase or decrease in the expected energy consumption for individual End Users, change of the tariff group, change of the ordered power or technical parameters of the PPE, actual energy consumption within individual PPEs.
