The subject of this contract is the provision of medical security services, which means a set of coordinated undertakings taking into account, in particular, the identification of threats, constant and ongoing analysis of the risk of their occurrence, planning, preparation, organization and implementation of medical security for the needs of events organized at PGE Narodowy and/or outdoor areas

The Ordering Party expects the Contractor to provide the service of providing medical security, which means a set of coordinated projects taking into account, in particular, the identification of threats, constant and ongoing analysis of the risk of their occurrence, planning, preparation, organization and implementation of medical security for the needs of events organized at PGE Narodowy and/or external areas, including:

1) preparing documentation prepared in order to obtain from the relevant services positive opinions required by the provisions of applicable law in the field of medical security of the event;

2) providing medical assistance, including in particular in the form of medical assistance provided at the scene of the incident to persons in a state of sudden health emergency within the meaning of Article 3 point 8) of the Act on State Medical Rescue, during events organized at PGE Narodowy and/or external areas, including in particular event participants, PGE Narodowy staff, media representatives, as well as contractors and competitors, and other persons participating in individual events;

3) transport of injured persons to the PGE National Hospital indicated in the medical security plan that meets the requirements of the reference hospital, in the event of indications for hospitalization or diagnostics in hospital conditions;

4) equipping the medical service with the necessary funds on the terms specified in the contract and equipping the provided medical aid points at PGE Narodowy and external areas with medical equipment and medicines, as well as managing medical equipment and medicines at medical aid points on the terms set out in the contract and the law;

5) keeping medical records and reporting in accordance with the templates established by the parties, the content of the medical security plan and relevant legal provisions;

6) disposal of medical waste generated during the implementation of medical security no later than 2 hours after the event;

7) ensuring the marketing of medicines and medical equipment in accordance with the medical security plan;

8) effective reactions of the contractor's employees in accordance with applicable law and response procedures in cooperation with other services, including facility security, information service, security service, Police, State Fire Service.
