Client regularly purchases IT resources, both for its employees and for students. This concerns, for example, PCs, laptops and tablets. The current IT resources are usually replaced periodically in batches. It has been decided to enter into a framework agreement with several parties for the delivery of ICT hardware in order to properly organize the purchase of this product group in one go and to comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

The scope of the assignment is specified in the turnover achieved over the past 2 financial years. In 2018, the client spent EUR 550,000 on IT hardware. In 2019, the client spent EUR 720,000 on IT hardware.

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of:

- laptops,

- desktop PCs,

- tablets.

- related equipment such as screens, keyboards, docking stations, etc.,

- (mobile phones,

- other front-end IT hardware.

A framework contract is concluded with 3 suppliers.
