The subject of the Order is the development of the functionality of library systems on the line library and reader along with delivery in 4 Tasks.
Task A - Modernization of the Aleph library system owned by the Ordering Party1) Modernization of the Aleph library system owned by the Ordering Party by:
a. Modernization of the web interface of the library catalog of the Aleph system.
b. Automation of the method of transferring data from the OPTICAMP system to the Aleph library system.
c. Automation of the method of data migration from the Aleph system to the Omega-PSIR system (SGGW Knowledge Base).
d. Launch the SMS service.
e. Virtualization of the Aleph library system environment.
f. Implementation of the integration of the Active Directory service functioning at the university for the Aleph library system.
2) The description of the Subject of the Order is described in Annex 1A to the SWZ.
3) The Contractor in task A is obliged to perform activities in the field of coordination or supervision over the work of persons performing the contract by persons employed by the Contractor under an employment contract.
Task B- Delivery of a book machine, library tresor (book drop) and electromagnetic security gates1) Delivery of a book machine, library tresor (book drop) and electromagnetic security gates.

Task C - Modernization of the web interface of the library catalog of the Aleph system owned by the Ordering PartyModernization of the web interface of the library catalog of the Aleph system owned by the Ordering Party

Task D - Upgrading the version and expanding the Aleph library system owned by the Ordering PartyUpgrading the version and expanding the Aleph library system owned by the Ordering Party.
