The scope of this Procurement Process is to contract the manufacture, test and delivery of large diameter ball valves in accordance with API 6D and in consideration of EN 14141:

— Approx. 46 off 48” diameter ball valves class 600 (of which approx. 39 include actuator).

— Approx. 8 off 36” diameter ball valves class 900 (of which approx.. 5 include actuator) for the onshore pipeline Block Valve Stations and Scraper Stations.

Preservation of the large diameter ball valves and assistance during installation could also be part of Supplier's scope of work.

The actuator should be a part of the large diameter ball valve delivery; they will not be procured separately.

These supplies are part of the greater gas transmission network projects intended to transport gas from Azerbaijan to Italy and from there into the European gas network.
