The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste generated in the Rędziny municipality from inhabited properties, assuming that there is no limit on the amount of mixed and segregated waste collected. The Contracting Authority does not allow for the possibility of collecting mixed and segregated waste ordered by the Contracting Authority together with waste from another municipality or with any other waste. The scope of the contract includes:

1) equipping the property (in accordance with the list provided by the Ordering Party) with containers for non-segregated (mixed) waste, ash containers and containers or bags for separately collected waste (separately glass, paper, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, BIO waste),

2) successive delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of bags for separately collected waste in the amount of 500 pieces of each color once a month,

3) equipping the selective municipal waste collection point with appropriate containers and containers for waste collection in accordance with the requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract,

4) collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream:

a) from the point of separate collection of municipal waste (PSZOK),

b) furniture and other bulky waste, tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment, windows and doors (without glass) from the property – for each property twice during the term of the agreement, i.e.

• once from 01.03.2024 until 31.12.2024;

• once from 01.01.2025 to 28.02.2025

– upon prior notification of the resident.

5) Collection of municipal waste segregated and mixed directly from inhabited properties
