The district of Pfafffenhofen a.d. Ilm, as the competent authority within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 (Regulation 1370/2007), awards a public service contract (öDA) in accordance with Art. 3 para. 1 of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. The öDA includes public passenger transport services in regular service with buses and other motor vehicles on line 8 of the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Ingolstadt ((Münchsmünster-) Geisenfeld - Rohrbach (- Pfaffenhofen)).

The provision of services is divided into two periods: "preliminary phase" (01.09.2023 - 31.12.2023), during which only a basic range of transport services is to be provided, and "regular operation" (01.01.2024 - 31.07.2025), which provides for a significant consolidation of the offer. The scope of services is approx. 38,000 wagon-km per year during the preliminary phase and approx. 170,000 wagon-km per year during regular operation. The start of operations must take place on 01.09.2023. The term of the contract ends on 31.07.2025. The client has a two-time extension option of six months each.

The subject of the tender is a public service contract for public passenger transport services in regular bus service on line 8 of the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Ingolstadt ((Münchsmünster-) Geisenfeld - Rohrbach (- Pfaffenhofen).
