The agreement consists of recruiting and advising on subsidies within the three windows of the contracting authority: Social, Spatial Social and Economic Development and Operations and service centre. The contract is not divided into lots because the work forms a usual coherent whole and the contract is therefore suitable for the SME market. The aim is to keep the supplier's services budget neutral, but this is not an end in itself.

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least two years and a maximum of four years. The effective date of the agreement is June 1, 2023.

When awarded, three contracts are drawn up, one for the municipality of Boxtel, one for the municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel and one for the GR MijnGemeenteDichtbij. The contracting authority shall determine for each sub-contract to which entity can be invoiced.
