The subject of implementation of this Agreement shall be the collection and management of municipal waste from:

1) inhabited property;

2) properties which are, in part, the properties on which the inhabitants reside, and in the part of the property on which the inhabitants do not reside;

3) recreational and leisure properties;

4) the point of selective collection of municipal waste located at Ogorzelice, 11 Bielska Street, during the period 1.7.2021 to 30.6.2022. A detailed description of the subject of the contract taking into account all requirements of the Contracting Authority is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
