In the online sales award procedure, services in the areas of background system, CRM, back office (including subscription center and contract management) and app / web portal are awarded.
The subject of this award is the provision of sales services in local rail transport in the areas of responsibility of the commissioning authority for online sales. Services are awarded in the following areas: background system, CRM, back office (including subscription center and contract management) and app / web portal.
The subject of the online sales tender is therefore the implementation of the following tasks in particular in accordance with the specifications of the service description (Annex BB 5):
- App: Provision, maintenance and operation of a client-capable app with connection to the Central Sales Platform (ZVP) system,
- Web portal: Use of the existing web portal (part of the ZVP) or provision, maintenance and operation of a multi-client web portal with connection to the ZVP system,
- Back office: Provision, maintenance and operation of a background system with CRM, contract customer management and sub-accounting including the necessary interfaces,
- Subscription / contract customer management: contract customer management, takeover of back office services such as subscription center, telephone hotline and customer care / acquisition,
