Providing day-to-day administration and cleaning services for real estate located in Katowice at ul. Veit Stoss 31

The subject of the order is:

In Part 1 - Provision of day-to-day administration services, including maintenance of cleanliness of the external part of the property located in Katowice at ul. Veit Stoss 31.

In Part 2 - Provision of cleaning services for the internal part of the property located in Katowice at ul. Veit Stoss 31.

Quantity or scope of the contract:

The size and scope of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Detailed description of the subject of the contract

Order completion date:

For Part 1 - 48 months from the date of signing the contract, however not earlier than from 1.6.2019.

Expected date of implementation of Part 1: from 1.6.2019 to 31.5.2023.

For Part 2 - 12 months from the date of signing the contract, however not earlier than from 1.6.2019.

Expected date of implementation for Part 2: from 1.6.2019 to 31.5.2020.


Provision of day-to-day administration and maintenance of the cleanliness of the external part of the property located in Katowice at ul. Veit Stoss 31

The scope of work covered by the contract in Part 1

I. Activities related to management and administration;

II. Locksmith and other workshop services performed at the facility at ul. W. Stwosza 31 in Katowice in one shift;

III. Electrical workshop service performed at the facility at ul. Wita Stwosza 31 in Katowice and radio station support and sound system for conference rooms;

IV. Water and sewage installation workshop service and central heating carried out in the buildings at ul. W. Stwosza 31 in Katowice;

V. Operation of concierge, heat exchanger and hydrophore plant carried out in the building at ul. Wita Stwosza 31 in Katowice;

VI. Administrative services for facilities at ul. W. Stwosza 31 in Katowice;

VII. Surveillance services for facilities at ul. W. Stwosza 31 in Katowice;

VIII. Security services for facilities at ul. W. Stwosza 31 in Katowice;

IX. Daily service consisting of the cleaning lady's constant disposition during the working hours of the District Prosecutor's Office in Katowice;

X. Additional activities;

XI. Cleaning service of the external area belonging to the facility.

Providing cleaning services for the internal part of the property located in Katowice at ul. Veit Stoss 31

The scope of work covered by the contract in Part II

Room cleaning service inside the facility:

Daily:

a) maintaining proper order and cleanliness of the communication surface on storey 02-2 of the building, which is a part shared by the building's tenants,

b) sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning floor surfaces, vacuuming carpets,

c) vacuuming and cleaning of protective (rubber-material) mats:

d) dry and wet wiping of dust and removing stains from office furniture,

e) wiping internal window sills and bottom window frames,

f) wiping glass surfaces,

g) dusting office equipment (i.e. printers, photocopiers, shredders, fax machines, telephones, etc.),

h) wiping and cleaning of glass surfaces (polishing mirrors, glass elements of cabinets and display cabinets, glass interior doors),

i) sweeping, washing and disinfecting floors in toilets,

j) washing, cleaning and disinfection of sanitary equipment (sinks, toilet bowls and seats, urinals, fittings and other accessories), cleaning bathroom tiles, mirrors,

k) washing the interior of the elevator cabin - 5 lifts,

l) emptying and cleaning of rubbish bins, replacement of rubbish bags in bins and shredder bins, taking waste to designated places,

m) removal of paper packaging displayed in the corridors, intended by users as unnecessary,

n) the obligation to report in writing to the VII Budget and Administrative Department any errors noted, technical problems regarding the operation of the building,

o) closing windows and doors and turning off the lights in rooms after cleaning,

p) cleaning the telephone exchange room,

a) cleaning the server room,

b) cleaning the library rooms, archives,

c) cleaning the premises of the Independent Department for the Protection of Classified Information - from 8:30 to 10:30.

a) cleaning of staircases (bright - 864 m 2 and dark - 525 m 2 )

b) dry wiping of paintings and knick knacks,

c) cleaning skirting boards,

d) washing paneling, glaze,

e) washing doors, door frames and cover strips,

f) wiping the upper surfaces of office cabinets,

g) washing handrails and stair balustrades,

h) vacuuming and cleaning upholstered furniture,

i) washing the microwave oven,

j) cleaning the warehouse - floor 01,

k) washing chairs, benches, armchairs and leather sets,

l) removal of dirt found under rubber mats at the entrance door to the building;

a) removing dust from ventilation grilles,

b) polishing and polishing washable floor coverings,

c) cleaning hard to reach places and removing cobwebs,

d) wiping fire extinguishers, visual information boards and contacts,

e) washing walls in toilets lined with ceramic tiles,

f) removing cobwebs from all surfaces to be cleaned,

g) cleaning the surface of radiators, radiators, pipes and their installation, surfaces of seats

h) cleaning the southern staircase

i) washing rubber and material protective mats,

j) washing the door (with frames) in fire partitions,

k) cleaning of the hydrophore plant (144.9 m 2 ) and heat exchanger (177.3 m 2 );

a) carpet washing,

b) defrosting and washing refrigerators,

c) cleaning the emblems,

d) washing chandeliers and all lighting lamps,

e) cleaning window blinds - level, metal

f) comprehensive cleaning of conference rooms No. 1, 2, 3 and a computer room,

g) comprehensive cleaning of the archive (PO and PR)

h) comprehensive cleaning of the secret office,

i) cleaning the material evidence warehouse,

j) cleaning of artificial flowers in containers on floors;

a) comprehensive cleaning of furniture upholstery

b) comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of parquet floors in the building,

c) mechanical cleaning of floors,

d) floor polymerization on floor 6,

e) window cleaning from the inside of the building
