The contest includes the procurement, maintenance, and supplement of software licences.

The framework agreement is for the procurement and supplement of existing licences for Microsoft based products and services of different varieties (Microsoft, VMware, various others).

Tenderers must have the following licence certifications for the licences that will be delivered:

— Microsoft-partner silver;

— Microsoft Cloud;

— VMware-partner Connect Advance.

The contracting authority will probably procure Office 365 in the contract period. There is therefore an option for 85 Office 365 Business Premium licences.

The contracting authority would like a tenderer that, when required, can obtain licences that the tenderer does not have in his normal portfolio.

In addition other licences can be procured in the contract period. The licences must be priced with a fixed price mark-up in such cases.
