This consultation corresponds to the relaunch of lot 2 relating to consultation 2023v01. Indeed, this lot had been declared unsuccessful by the members of the Tender Commission on March 21, 2023.

Its purpose is to provide maintenance services for outdoor spaces on certain sites in the municipality of Beaune.

This contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders awarded in the form of a contract with a formalized procedure pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 ° and L2124-1, and Articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1 °, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. All candidates may tender, including those already holders of previous lots 1 and 3. The contract is concluded as of its notification and will end on 11 April 2026.

The contract is concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 250,000 euro (excl. tax).
