The client intends to build a support heating plant (total capacity 45 MW). The client supplies citizens, companies and municipal facilities in Unterföhring with district heating from four deep geothermal boreholes. The support heating system based on natural gas is to serve as a redundancy and for peak load. This is where the VE10 building construction, underground pipes are awarded.
Building construction measures for the construction of a heating plant. The following services must be performed:
• Floor slab, foundations and false ceiling in in-situ concrete construction
• Operating rooms as building construction in brick construction
• Boiler hall as steel structure with precast reinforced concrete façade and external insulation
• Screed, coating and plastering work
• Steel construction and locksmith work for platforms, stairs and railings
• Roofing work
Underground lines for supply, disposal and drainage as part of the building construction project. The following services must be performed:
• Ground pipes under the base plate for supply and disposal
• Drainage systems of the supporting heating plant, a settling and a seepage shaft, rigole with two control shafts
• Connection of rainfall pipes and drainage channels to drainage systems
• Civil engineering work for the power and data supply to the supporting heating plant
• Sewer with connection to the inspection shaft
