The purpose of this consultation is to set up a framework agreement for the maintenance and technical diagnosis of rooftops on the heritage managed by Greater Lyon Habitat.

This contract constitutes a single-awarded framework agreement governed by Article L. 2125-1; R. 2162-2 paragraph 2; R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-6; R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order.

This framework agreement sets the contractual stipulations firmly and will be executed as and when required by the issuance of purchase orders according to the terms and conditions defined in this framework agreement.

The estimated start date of execution is 1.1.2020.

The framework agreement is passed without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount over the initial period of 2 years: maximum amount: 400,000.00 EUR excluding taxes.

The amounts of the initial period will be renewed.

A revised unit price framework agreement will be awarded to a single firm or consortium.
