The object of the service is the delivery and installation of 370 printing and multifunction systems including software and full service at currently 3 clinic locations of the Hochtaunus clinics on the basis of an "all-in rental and full service contract". Details of the locations, systems and delivery cycles are contained in the "Appendix 4 Site List". The deliveries are carried out in so-called waves (3 in total). The client awards the services at the beginning of the contract 01.03.2023 for a period of 60 months in the form of an "all-in rental and full service contract". The contract ends on 29.02.2028 without the need for termination. This also applies to systems that are additionally ordered during the term of the contract (including wave 2 and 3).

The client may extend the contract by 12 months up to 3 months before expiry by written declaration.
