Primary (DKK 200M)

Insurance program covering public and products liability risk for DSB SOV (Danish Rail) consisting of a primary layer and 7 excess layers. Total Limit DKK 1 Billion. The cover for liability for Terrorism shall be included up to 500 million (the first 3 lots) in the General Liability / Products Liability (GL/PL).

Thus, the cover for liability for Terrorism must be included in this Primary Layer.


1st Excess (DKK 150M xs DKK 200M)

Insurance program covering public and products liability risk for DSB SOV (Danish Rail) consisting of a primary layer and 7 excess layers. Total Limit DKK 1 Billion. The cover for liability for Terrorism shall be included up to 500 million (the first 3 lots) in the General Liability / Products Liability (GL/PL).

Thus, the cover for liability for Terrorism must be included in this 1st Excess Layer.


2nd Excess (DKK 150M xs DKK 350M)

Insurance program covering public and products liability risk for DSB SOV (Danish Rail) consisting of a primary layer and 7 excess layers. Total Limit DKK 1 Billion. The cover for liability for Terrorism shall be included up to 500 million (the first 3 lots) in the General Liability / Products Liability (GL/PL).

Thus, the cover for liability for Terrorism must be included in this 2nd Excess Layer.


3rd Excess (DKK 125M xs DKK 500M)

Insurance program covering public and products liability risk for DSB SOV (Danish Rail) consisting of a primary layer and 7 excess layers. Total Limit DKK 1 Billion. The cover for liability for Terrorism shall be included up to 500 million (the first 3 lots) in the General Liability / Products Liability (GL/PL).

No cover for Terrorism is needed in this 3rd Excess Layer.


4th Excess (DKK 125M xs DKK 625M)

Insurance program covering public and products liability risk for DSB SOV (Danish Rail) consisting of a primary layer and 7 excess layers. Total Limit DKK 1 Billion. The cover for liability for Terrorism shall be included up to 500 million (the first 3 lots) in the General Liability / Products Liability (GL/PL).

No cover for Terrorism is needed in this 4th Excess Layer.


5th Excess (DKK 125M xs DKK 750M)

Insurance program covering public and products liability risk for DSB SOV (Danish Rail) consisting of a primary layer and 7 excess layers. Total Limit DKK 1 Billion. The cover for liability for Terrorism shall be included up to 500 million (the first 3 lots) in the General Liability / Products Liability (GL/PL).

6th Excess (DKK 125M xs DKK 875M)
