The offer must specify the share of the municipality of Suomussalmi and the share of Kiinteistö Oy Suomussalmen Vuokratalot. A quote can be submitted for either of the requesters' items or only for one of them.
In addition to the annual price, the tender must include the unit price for snow transport and loading, as well as the price for any additional work (separate appendix). The unit price of snow transport must include the levelling of the dumping area. The offer must be accompanied by the requested reference information and information in accordance with the Contractor's Obligations and Liability Act.
