The Contracting Authority shall endeavour to conclude a Framework Agreement for the temporary hiring of external labour capacity in the event of capacity/staffing problems and/or lack of specific expertise.

The Province has set the ambition that the assignment will be carried out sustainably, in accordance with the set requirements and within the set frameworks and financial possibilities. The objectives are set out on www.noord-holland.nl/duurzameinfrastructuur. Sustainability is included in the Award Criteria.

The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is €6,000,000 excluding VAT.
