Construction of a heating network from chamber K-3/32 at Powstańców Wlkp. to chamber K-3/26 at Gdańska Street in Bydgoszcz, excluding section A-B – task 3.6." implemented as part of the project entitled "Increasing energy efficiency through reconstruction and thermomodernization of the heating network in the city of Bydgoszcz – stage I" co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020, Priority axis I Decarbonisation of the economy, Measure 1.5 Effective distribution of heat and cold
The scope of the contract includes:
• Reconstruction of the district heating network 2xDN250 into a pre-insulated network from the K-3/32 chamber at Powstańców Wielkopolski Street to the K-3/26 chamber at Gdańska Street in Bydgoszcz, with the exception of section A – B specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ
The works will be carried out on plots No. 16/1, 14/1, 14/2, 13/2, 13/1, 11, 10/3, 9/5, 9/4, 12/2 obr168, Dz. No. 127, 121/14 obr. 169, Dz. nr 9/4, 7/8, 15/3, 15/2, 1/17, 1/11,1/2 dmg 170, Dz. nr 74/1, 75, 76/1, 76/2 dmg 125 in Bydgoszcz.
The area should be restored to its original state.
When creating the material and financial schedule and the implementation of works, the shutdown of the CHP Plant, which falls from 17 to 26.06.2023, should be taken into account. During this time, it will not be possible to carry out technological works and the pipeline in question must be unobstructed.
Comments:
1. If the design documentation includes trademarks or proper names, then they should be considered as evidence of the quality of materials / devices and are only auxiliary in determining the basic parameters and characteristics of the materials / devices used. In this case, the Employer informs that it allows submitting bids whose individual materials / devices listed in the project documentation may be replaced with equivalent materials / devices. The Employer will recognize as equivalent products those that have no worse technical parameters than those that indicate their own names, and their use will in no way affect the proper functioning of technical solutions provided in the design documentation.
2. The test of welds should be carried out by a non-destructive (100% welds) ultrasonic minimum, unless the design provides for a method of greater accuracy (e.g. radiographic).
3. The Contractor is obliged to include in the price of the offer:
• execution of tight chain passages at the entry of heating and telecommunication pipelines to the building / chambers (through the external wall), laying concrete relief slabs over pipelines in places located under hardened surfaces (designed and existing: parking lots, roads, sidewalks) when the pipeline cover is less than 70cm, even if it is not provided for in the design documentation.
4. The Employer asks for submitting a cost estimate with the offer, which will be of an informative and auxiliary nature. Failure to submit the cost estimate is not a basis for rejecting the offer.
The subject of the order should be made in accordance with:
1. Construction Design, Detail Engineering and Replacement Design, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2. A summary of materials — auxiliary.
3. Technical Knowledge Rules, currently in force in the Construction Law, together with the implementing acts thereof and the provisions of bhp.
4. SWZ records and contracts.
The implementation of the subject of the contract includes in particular:
1. Execution of the construction of the heating network indicated in point IV/1 in accordance with the documents indicated in point IV/2 together with accompanying works and works resulting during the performance of the contract not provided for in the above-mentioned documentation, and necessary for its implementation, taking into account the costs related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, referred to in point IV/6.
2. Securing all materials necessary for the timely completion of the subject of the contract.
