The assignment comprises a survey of wages and working conditions of workers at the time of outsourcing. Service provider shall highlight the situation of workers before and after the outsourcing, regarding wages, working hours and pensions.

Further, award authority requests mapping of changes to the workforce, or changes to work affiliation, after outsourcing. It will also be interesting to ascertain factors like job satisfaction, employees' experience of work pace and stress, and the importance of outsourcing for workers' unions, for example in regards to tariff agreements and union density.
