Pursuant to Article 213 of the Municipalities Act, the municipal council appoints one or more accountants as referred to in Article 393, first paragraph, of Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code, charged with auditing the annual accounts and providing the board with an auditor's report and the issue a report of findings.

The client intends to award the contract to one (1) professional and reliable entrepreneur. This contract will be awarded to the supplier with the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT), on the basis of best price-quality ratio. The municipality wants to enter into the new agreement for a period of 5 years with the option of two-year extension.

Control years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 and optional 2026 and 2027.
