The Agency for Waste Management and Recycling would like to enter into a framework agreement with the aim of procuring necessary assistance within architect services, engineering design services, consultant engineers, as well as responsible applicant for work that requires applications on REG's installations in accordance with the planning and building act, as well as project and construction management for the implementation of building and construction projects. The contest is split into three lots. REG will enter into 2-3 parallel framework agreements within each lot.

REG would like tenders for consultancy services for reviews, planning, engineering design services, and implementation within the following areas and phases: (The list is not exhaustive.)

• testing sites, feasibility studies;

• concept development (development of KVU), draft project, feasibility studies;

• development work for the development of government properties;

• preparation of preliminary projects.

Project management:

There will be variations in the work that can be relevant under this framework agreement. Some assignments can be short limited assignments, but others can be of a longer duration. We are looking for operative project managers for all phases in a construction project. Some assignments with independent project management in the early phase or in the construction phase can run over several years. Some assignments will require assistance for REG's other project management.
