Energieversorgung Schwerin GmbH und Co. Generation KG is a 100% subsidiary of Stadtwerke Schwerin GmbH and has been operating a gas and steam turbine thermal power station at each of the Schwerin Süd and Schwerin Lankow locations since 1994.
The cogeneration plants put into operation in 1994 are to be modernized within the framework of the currently valid KWKG (in the version of 2017) - due to the advanced age of system parts and the energy requirements.
The modernization measures for the CHP plant in Schwerin South essentially include the following measures:
- the replacement of the two existing gas turbines with more powerful ones (21-24 MWel),
- the resulting adaptation of the waste heat boiler,
- the replacement of the existing steam turbine,
- the renewal of water treatment,
- the renewal of the power plant control and electrical engineering,
- Modernization of further peripheral plant parts.
Lot 302 includes connecting the newly installed generators, EB transformers, 0.4 kV switchgear, motors and other components. A large part of the cables must be rerouted, but also rewired. The cable trays are largely reused, but new routes also need to be installed.
The contractor must supply cabling and routing according to the latest technology, including all necessary accessories for proper and secure operation.
The scope of delivery essentially includes the following components (including among others):
- manufacturing
- exam
- transport
- full assembly
- commissioning
- full documentation in German
- trial operation and
- the decrease.
