Newry, Mourne and Down District Council have identified the need to procure an Integrated Consultant Team through a Framework Agreement consisting of Multi-Consultancy Professional Services to assist in the delivery of the Council Capital Construction Projects Programme. Due to current workloads Newry Mourne and Down District Council wish to enter into a NEC Framework Agreement for Professional Services for a number of consultants from various discipline.The form of contract will be NEC3 Option C.
