Treatment and recovery of plant waste from the deposit exclusively produced in the territory of the Emerald Union from door-to-door separative collection, technical services of municipalities of the territory, via bins made available or by direct inputs from municipal services. Vegetable waste to be treated and recovered can also come from the Plessis-Bouchard's waste disposal site or mobile waste disposal sites (optional slice # 1).

Treatment and recovery of vegetable waste from the deposit exclusively produced in the territory of the Emerald Union including:

- the receipt and weighing of vegetable waste exclusively collected through the Emerald Syndicate or the member communes of its territory,

- the quality control of incoming products,

- the treatment and recovery of vegetable waste,

- supply of compost produced.
