Framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator setting all the contractual stipulations, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 et seq. of the aforementioned Code, and executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 et seq. of the same Code.

Single prize with a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euros excluding VAT, concluded for a period of one year from 27 October 2023 or its notification if later. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times per period of one year, without exceeding a total duration of 4 years
