The purpose of this contract is to assess the overall coherence of the 11th intervention programme of the Loire-Bretagne water agency and its coastal component. It is a question of: - questioning the fundamentals of the 11th intervention program: a program built around 2 priority issues, an incentive, selective, readable, simple and territorialized program; - assess whether these fundamentals have been achieved and identify the margins for improvement that exist; - focus on the transversal "coastal" issue of the program. Following the evaluation, a mission may be commissioned to support the Agency's services for the implementation of the recommendations resulting from the evaluation.
