1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a telecommunications service based on the network of the mobile operator, which will consist of, among others:

(a) the provision of voice communications, SMS, MMS,

(b) the provision of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G internet access services with bilateral data transmission,

c) Delivery of active SIM cards configured to work on the Contractor's network.

2. The scope of the service specifying the items forming the order, the requirements of the Contracting Authority for technical parameters shall specify a detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the object of the contract.
