Renovation of the outdoor swimming pool in Esslingen-Berkheim:

The NRF is about 1 870 m 2 and the volume about 9 347 m 3 ,

The following measures are to be implemented in the course of the upcoming refurbishment:

- total renovation of the inner and outer pools (stainless steel lining),

- Renovation of the foyer, changing room and sanitary area,

- Complete renewal of technical building installations (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electric and bathing water technology),

- barrier-free access,

- energetic upgrading of the building envelope.

The work is expected to start in September 2019 - May 2021.

- Free vegetation - about 365 m 2 .

- Demolition of outdoor facilities - flat rate,

- dismantling internals - flat rate,

- Disassembly of ceiling and wall coverings - approx. 1 600 m 2 .

- demolition of indoor swimming pool - flat rate,

- Demolition of floor structures and wall coverings - approx. 1 500 m 2 .

- Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets - approx. 500 m 2 .

- Dismantling facade, windows, tubular frame elements - about 165 m 2 .

- Dismantling roof construction - approx. 1 500 m 2 .

- Demolition shell construction - flat rate.
