This tender is aimed at identifying the subject to whom to entrust, in project finance, pursuant to art. 183 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, the relative Concession REALIZATION OF INCREMENTAL AND MAINTENANCE INTERVENTIONS AND FOR THE CONCESSION OF THE MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE SPORTS FACILITY FOR THE GAME OF FOOTBALL, OTHER SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND TENNIS CLUB IN SALA BOLOGNESE (BO).

The Promoter's proposal concerns:

- the design of incremental interventions of the sports facility;

- the implementation of incremental interventions of the sports facility;

- the management of the sports facility; including ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the same as better detailed by the specifications.

The contract has as its object the assignment of the realization of incremental and maintenance interventions and the concession of the management of the sports facility for the Game of Football and other sports activities located in Via dello Sport n. 3 in Sala Bolognese (BO) and Circolo Tennis located in Via Gramsci n. 50 in Sala Bolognese (BO) referred to in the project finance proposal presented by the Proposer.
