The purpose of this single-beneficiary framework agreement is to retain a prime contractor capable of carrying out the missions set out in articles R. 2431-1 to R. 2431-3 and R. 2431-19 to R. 2431- 23 of the public order code relating to the private project management mission and articles R. 621-25 to R. 621-44 of the heritage code relating to the project management on buildings classified as monuments historical (evaluation and diagnostic study, project management mission and additional missions, etc.) the monument concerned is the Monument to the Glory of the Fighters of Haute-Garonne, a registered historic monument belonging to the city of Toulouse, in order to be able to carry out construction work on the François Verdier station on the 3 e Toulouse metro line.
