The subject of work is career coaching with language promotion and practical acquisition (BCS-P) as a supplement to job-related German language support (acquisition of language level B 2) for people with a migration background.

The aim of the measure is to introduce participants to the employment and/or training market.

8 rounds with 20 participants each. Total number of participants 160th contract period from November 2, 2021 to April 30, 2023. Depending on the module, the time frame is between 10 time hours and 30 time hours per week.

The aim of the measure is to introduce labour market-related, workable beneficiaries with an immigrant background to the employment and/or training market.

Participation gives the target group the opportunity to develop and strengthen their own acting skills and to gain a high level of social skills. The participants' own efforts are to be challenged and promoted with the aim of strengthening their own initiative.

The measure can include all activities that can be used to achieve integration progress. Within the framework of a holistic approach, it is necessary to promote specific, individual integration potential. In addition to language acquisition B 2 and professional orientation, skills and skills are tested/checked with regard to a possible career choice.

At the end of the measure, the participant should be activated and stabilized to the extent that he can participate in further funding measures or ideally be brought to the placement process.
