The city of Sundern intends to build a "House for Culture and Encounter Sundern". A variety of uses are planned, among other things, by VHS (incl. administration), events and gastronomy on a total of approx. 3,000 square meters GFA, which are to be accommodated partly in existing buildings to be renovated and partly in extensions on the selected property.

It is planned to apply for urban development funding and EU funding for the project.

The documents for the funding application (completion of LP 3) must be prepared and submitted by 15.09.2023.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- Technical equipment (work phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 55 in conjunction with plant 15, plant groups 1 - 8) optional kitchen planning for gastronomy

The required services are based on the HOAI service profiles. The client reserves the right to contract in stages and, if necessary, in sections.
