The builder needs to engage builder consultants to assist with:

— the preparation of the tender documentation, mainly function descriptions,

— option: follow-up of the turnkey competition (questions and answers),

— option: evaluation of the project proposal,

— option: interaction phase,

— option: detailed engineering design servies and the construction phase,

— option: hand-over and claims.

The competition is for the following consultants (lots):

— architect (ARK),

— geotechnics,

— HVAC and sanitation (RIV) and water treatment,

— electro (RiE),

— ITB and automation,

— access control and lock systems.
