The subject of the contract is to achieve the result (work) in the form of the Implementation of a CMS system constituting a central administration panel for creating and managing websites based on predefined templates, built on the basis of Word Press technology, having functional and non-functional requirements defined in the SWZ, including SOPZ, installed on the Ordering Party's Infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as the "System").
The subject of the contract is to achieve the result (work) in the form of the Implementation of the CMS system constituting a central administration panel for creating and managing websites based on predefined templates, built on the basis of Word Press technology, having functional and non-functional requirements defined in the SWZ, including SOPZ, installed on the Ordering Party's Infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), which consists in particular of:
1) development, delivery, installation, integration with the Ordering Party's systems (authorization and USOS mechanisms), content migration, configuration and parameterization of a fully functional System that meets the requirements described in the SWZ, including SOPZ, preceded by an analysis by the Contractor including technical and substantive consultations along with the development of a plan for the implementation of the subject of the contract;
2) transfer to the Ordering Party economic copyrights to the Copyright Elements* and grant or provide the Ordering Party with a license to use the System;
3) providing the Ordering Party with Source Codes for Open Source Software and licenses of this software;
4) creation and delivery of Documentation (Technical Documentation with analytical and design elements, including technical description, User Documentation and As-built Documentation) along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to it;
5) testing and production launch of the System along with providing support to the Ordering Party during tests and pilotage of the System carried out by the Ordering Party;
6) organizing and conducting trainings for editors and administrators of the System indicated by the Ordering Party;
7) providing a guarantee for the implemented System;
* Author's Elements - all works within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2509, as amended), which are delivered by the Contractor or will be created as part of an order / contract. The currently known, but not exclusive, Authorial Elements are: Documentation, templates, training materials and Dedicated Software, including any modifications of the Authoring Elements. The Author's Elements also include all results of the Warranty.
Meanings of words, expressions, abbreviations, etc. written in capital letter should also be sought in the proposed Agreement Terms of Annex 2 to SWZ (especially in § 1 PPU — Definitions).
A detailed description and scope of the object of the order is set out in Annex No 1A to SWZ “Detailed description of the object of the order”.
Detailed conditions and manner of contract performance are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter also referred to as the "Draft Agreement" or abbreviated as "PPU").
The Contracting Authority requires at least a 12-month guarantee for the implemented System. Details of guarantees, warranties and related benefits are included in Annex 1A to the SWZ and in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
