The North Holland Noord Environment Service (OD NHN) carries out environmental checks for 17 municipalities and the province of North Holland. A total of around 17,000 establishments are monitored on a regular basis. These are mainly establishments in the agricultural sector and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Assignment is to carry out full (integral) Environmental checks at companies and institutions within the OD NHN's scope. This monitoring is based on the applicable rules to protect the environment and the environment. The selection of facilities to visit is based on a risk strategy and depending on the category assigned to objects and institutions (2 to 4) with corresponding control frequency and is indicated per calendar year, starting on 1 January 2022.

The objective is to conclude a separate Framework Agreement with three parties to carry out Environmental Checks.

We have about 1500 Environmental Controls per year to outsource in categories 2 to 4, of which around 70% are in environmental category 2, 25% in environmental category 3 and 5% in environmental category 4.
