The contract for the shipyard of the Maritime Administration inspection vessel POUL LØWENØRN covers primary ropes that the vessel must have carried out intermediate vision at approximately 2.5 years intervals and main vision at approximately 5 years apart. The agreement covers all kinds of works done in the context of vision, as well as all types of ad hoc yard work, including ifm. havari and other contingencies that arise needed for the duration of the agreement. The Maritime Authority points out that POUL LØWENØRN is not certified to sail outside Danish waters, which is why the offered yard capacity must be accessed without leaving Danish waters.
The tender shall be conducted as a tender with negotiation under the Tender Act §§61-66. Contracting Reserves the right to award on the basis of the Initial Offers (INDO).
POUL LØWENØRN is the inspection vessel of the state. The ship is engaged in maintainingand shifting floating and stationary marking in Danish waters, as well as performing special tasks such as lake surveying, diving duties and lake rescue in cooperation with other ministries. The ship additionally often participates in various research tasks and trials.
