This contract is a multi-year service contract with orders within the meaning of Article 2, 21 ° of the law of 17 June 2016, whose purpose is the provision of maintenance, support and assistance services of the GestIA application of the Public Service of Wallonia which must allow the contracting authority on the one hand, to continue to use the applications developed within the framework of the FEDICT/2015/M1016 (Fedict e-Government platform) and on the other hand, to contribute to the reappropriation of the functional and technical knowledge of these applications by the contracting authority.
