The subject of the contract is a service consisting of maintenance and repairs in the field of electrical, sanitation and construction industries in built-up and undeveloped properties constituting the property of the Municipality of Olsztyn administered by ZLiBK in Olsztyn and in the premises of the Municipality of Olsztyn in real estate housing communities broken down into five tasks i.e.:
1. Task I — includes maintenance and repair services in the construction industry in Area I in accordance with the list of buildings set out in Annex 2 to SWZ;
2. Task II — includes maintenance and repair services in the construction industry in Area II in accordance with the list of buildings set out in Annex 3 to SWZ;
3. Task III — includes maintenance and repair services in the sanitation industry in area I in accordance with the list of buildings set out in Annex 4 to SWZ;
4. Task IV — includes maintenance and repair services in the sanitation industry in area II in accordance with the list of buildings set out in Annex 5 to SWZ;

Maintenance and repair service in the construction industry in area IThe maintenance and repair service in the construction industry as defined in Tasks I and II shall be provided with the extreme care and diligence required for such services, i.e.:
1) in a professional manner, in accordance with the construction arts, recommendations of investor supervision, recommendations of the Ordering Party and in accordance with:
(a) a public contract award agreement;
(b) Polish standards carrying European harmonised standards;
(c) the technical conditions for the performance and reception of services;
d) SWZ.
2) The Contractor at his own expense will purchase the materials necessary for the performance of maintenance and repair services in the construction industry.
3) All materials and equipment used in the performance of the contract must have up-to-date certificates, approvals or certificates authorising use in construction in the area of Poland. Appropriate certificates, certificates and technical approvals for the use of materials and equipment shall be submitted to the supervisory inspector prior to their application.
4) When providing maintenance and repair services in the construction industry, it is required to comply with health and safety regulations by the Contractor and protect against access by bystanders of the construction site and stored building materials.
5) The Contractor shall grant the Contracting Authority a guarantee for maintenance and repair services provided in the construction industry at a minimum of 1 year, from the date of their receipt.
