The contract is for the operation of OSL's canteen in the Administration Building. This canteen's current figures are based on an average of approx. 2 100 visitors per month. The canteen could be used more after the contracting authority closes the canteen in Flyporten from 30.6.2015. The opening hours will be 8:00-16:00. In addition to a complete canteen, with both hot and cold food, the canteen in the Administration Building will also be asked to offer systems for ordering the lunch of the day as a dinner, as well as meeting food for other locations at OSL.
