The target of the procurement is the care, maintenance, construction and repair services of the Emergency Services College's training area in accordance with this invitation to tender and on the terms and conditions set out in the invitation to tender. The training area of the Emergency Services Academy is located at Korvaharju 97, 70800 Kuopio.

The target of the procurement is the management agreement for the training area of the Emergency Services College for the years 2023-2027 (2029). Taking care of the training area includes, for example: care and maintenance of the entire area, repair work, construction work, preparation and dismantling of exercises, as well as repair of simulators. The total area of the area to be managed is 38 hectares.

The site-specific information is partly indicative, and the tenderer must familiarise themselves with the training area before submitting a tender (For more details, see the section "Other information, Additional information on the procurement procedure".).

The purchase quantities quoted in the invitation to tender are estimates and the contract does not constitute a purchasing obligation for the contracting entity.

Within the framework of the contract, the contracting entity may also procure from the selected supplier other renovation and HVAC services than those specified in the invitation to tender, which are related to the training area of the Emergency Services College.
