Oulun Energia has started the construction of a new power plant that produces electricity, district heat and industrial process steam. The investment includes a 215 MW biofuel power plant located in the Laanila industrial park area.

The purpose of this acquisition is the procurement of supplementary structures and interior work for the power plant. The contract will be executed as a total price contract. The contract includes planned procurement and installation work. The purchase will not be subdivided because it is not economically and technically feasible. The preliminary construction start date is June 2019. The complete works must be completed on 30.10.2020. The reception of the power plant will be in November 2020.

This acquisition is about that. contract work for the site's complementary structures and interior decoration including interior doors and windows, carpet floors and mass floor coverings, partitions, suspended ceilings, tiling, painting and fixed furniture, as well as related ancillary duties, auxiliary work, and total management contract work.
